Scheduling your Pumping Needs

Lagoon Pumping and Dredging, Inc. works on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The sooner you know you want your lagoons pumped the sooner we can get to you.

If you have a specific time frame that you want to have your pumping done, the sooner we know your needs the better we are able to meet your expected time frame.

There are some variables that need to be considered when we are scheduling jobs, these area:

• Weather conditions prior to and during the pumping process.  Rainy weather can often delay a project prior to or during your pumping operation.
   
• Mechanical delays caused by equipment breakdowns.  While we refurbish all of our equipment each year the constant use of equipment does lend itself to occasional unexpected breakdowns.
   
• Harvesting delays caused by weather or backlog of custom harvesters can put a delay on when a field is ready for incorporation of effluent.
   
• Late frost out can prevent or delay pre planting pumping and incorporation of effluent.  Planting deadlines are critical to get the longest growing season and take advantage of the normal rains and heating degree days for your crops.  We understand and respect these deadlines and will work with your planting season to make sure the fields that are needed are ready when anticipated.
   

We can pump and incorporate effluent into farmland until we get 3” of frost in the ground.  After this it is too hard on the equipment to pull through the frost and the effluent has a harder time being absorbed into the soil.
